wildflower {wednesday}

"Just living is not enough, said the butterfly,
one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower."
~Hans Christian Andersen~

Yes, it is Wednesday.

And I promise I haven't forgotten.

Even though it is getting late :)

I've been working hard to make sure orders are in the mail.

For Mother's Day.

Cuz that's important.

If you've ordered. Even if it was today. Your package is on it's way.

I have to say...I've been pretty impressed with these hubbies.

Thinking ahead.

Shipping to a work address.

Wanting to surprise their wife on this special day.

I love it.

Made me think to check in with my hubby,

just to make sure he remembered.

He said he'd get his order in right away :)

So, today. To be entered in my wildflower {wednesday} giveaway.

Leave me a comment.

Tell me something that reminds you to {live for today}.

It is after all, the little things.

That matter most.

The first twenty people to comment will receive an extra entry.

C'mon, tell your friends to stop by for a visit.

And to say hello.

As always,

  8. My husband and I were out of town for a week. It's always so hard to be far from home. When we drove in the drive way and saw the two girls that were left at home, I had an overwhelming feeling that that is why I live for today. My family is my treasure.

Living for the day...having lost a parent suddenly one realizes how precious each day is.
I try to savor every moment and this brings me happiness and peace. Thanks for the reminder!

  12. Found you through This is Me! and I loved looking at your peaceful and wonderful blog for the first time. I planted a weeping cherry tree in my yard today (I rent but try to leave places more beautiful then I found them.) And my cactus has blooming flowers! These growing things remind me to live every day!

  15. Every day my children remind me to live for today - the little ones, because they've gone through so much to get here, and the bigger ones because their time left before they are out of my nest is passing so quickly.
Love this week's necklace - I love ladybugs too ;)
